Sal Cartagine is a 25 year plus Year Veteran of the Real Estate Industry specializing in Listing and Selling Residential Real Estate and Property Management and Investments. He is also State Certified Instructor for the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business.
He has consistently ranked in the top of his field receiving such awards as the Century 21’s Top Level “Centurion” award and Prudential’s Leading Edge Society and has spent the better part of his career in the Century 21 system.
Opening his own firm HomesTree Realty in 2011 was the natural next step in combining his experience and skill and design a company that truly addresses his clients’ and his agents’ needs underscored by the fact that HomesTree recently receiving a “Superior Compliance” rating from the Arizona Department of Real Estate.
Sal succeeds because he views his role as a Real Estate Broker, not just make a living, but to truly help people and be of service. “What we’ve created with HomesTree is truly special and it focuses on empowering our clients with technology and then for us to get in step with them and work closely to help them achieve the goals they set.”
The fact that Sal has helped hundreds of families during his career and 95% of his business comes from referrals is a testament to his philosophy. Sal’s clients are passionate about his service and many have become close friends over the years and rely on his advice for their Real Estate needs.
On a more personal note, all work and no play can prove to be the kiss of death in an industry where a good, relaxed attitude is vital for success and Sal is no exception.
His other passion is music and he is a skilled musician, songwriter, producer and entertainer who plays select engagements locally and nationally throughout the year.

Sal has been happily married for over 25 years and has two adult sons. “Moving to Arizona from New York in the early 90’s after spending years as a Broker on the East Coast reaffirmed the importance of having a good Real Estate Agent to make my move go smoothly, even though I was Broker myself. My Realtor was fabulous and I couldn’t possibly see how anyone can overlook the value of purchasing a property without the help of an experienced Agent!””
